Divorce Care
– begins October 8th at 6:30 pm for thirteen weeks. Tammy Morgan will again lead this group devoted to those struggling to make sense of the turmoil of divorce that they are going through. You don’t have to do it alone; come be a part of this class or call Tammy (301-1931) for more information.The Mind of Christ - begins in September at 6:00 pm for eighteen weeks. Ralph Johnson will facilitate this in-depth discipleship study by T.W. Hunt. This class introduces believers to a lifelong process through which God will renew their minds and their lives to reflect the image of Christ. Based on Philippians 2:5: ―Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus,‖ the study shows you how Jesus’ mind worked and how the Holy Spirit can teach you to think as He did.
Does God Exist – A Scientific Look at Theology and Science – begins September 12th at 7:00 pm for ten weeks. Scott Smith will lead this class. Some people believe they have proof God does not exist. We believe He does. Do you have proof that God exists? Or do you hope – suspect – feel – believe – think – He does? Can His existence be scientifically proven? Can you know with certainty that God created the universe and all life on earth? Must the answers be ―accepted on faith‖? Let’s research, study, and discuss these questions…

Splash of Joy #1
- resumes on Wednesday, September 7th at 9:30 am for seven weeks. Sara Michaelson will lead this women’s class in a new study titled FRESH ENCOUNTERS. This study will allow you to come face-to-face with the truth of Scripture and the conviction of the Holy Spirit. By exploring the gracious nature of God and the wandering habits of the human heart, you will be called and challenged to return to Him and be used as a catalyst for revival and spiritual awakening in your own community. Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman by Beth Moore. This class will examine the exciting story of God using Esther in the deliverance of the Jewish exiles in Persia 500 years before Christ. Study and understand how contemporary and relevant Esther’s story is to our lives today.David: Seeking a Heart Like His –begins on Wednesday, August 23rd at 12:15 pm for eleven weeks. This compelling women’s Bible study is written by Beth Moore and led by Patti Walker. In this examination of the "man after God's own heart," David will delight and disappoint you. If you've ever experienced doubt, temptation, loss, family problems, or personal inconsistencies, this study is for you!
What the Bible Says About Love, Marriage & Sex – The Song of Solomon – begins on Wednesday, September 14th at 6:00 pm for twelve weeks. This study by David Jeremiah will be led by Stan Akins and is appropriate for all, whether single or married. Jeremiah brings his love of the Scripture to Song of Solomon and leads a verse-by-verse tour of the sacred domain of God-given love.
DISCIPLE 4 - Under the Tree of Life – begins on Wednesday, September 7th at 6:00 pm for thirty-two weeks. This class focuses on the writings of the Old Testament, including Psalms and Proverbs, and then covers the distinction of the Gospel of John along with James, Jude and Revelation. It emphasizes the ideas of being tested and refined, of moving toward fulfillment and completion. It is recommended that completion of DISCIPLE 1 be a requisite for this course. This class is taught by Jim Harris.

DISCIPLE 1 - Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study
– begins on Thursday, September 8th at 6:00 pm. This class covers about 70% of the Bible and provides the student with a good overview of the entire Biblical story and what it means to be a Disciple of Christ. This foundational study serves as the basis for all other Disciple study series that follow. This class will be led by Terry Rowe.Financial Peace University – begins on Thursday, September 8th at 6:00 pm. This class is for you if you want to make a change in your life and not accept debt as normal. It is never too late to make a resolution that
